Information collected

HCA collects information families voluntarily provide through inquiries, applications, accounts, and school-record uploads. The initial admissions application does not request Social Security numbers, payment-card information, medical records, or insurance details.

How information is used

Information is used to evaluate admission, communicate with families, administer enrollment, secure the portal, and understand general website use.

Protection and access

Application records are limited to authorized personnel. Uploaded documents are stored outside the public website directory and are delivered only through authenticated access.

Retention and requests

HCA retains records only as needed for admissions, enrollment, operational, and legal purposes. Parents may request access, correction, or deletion subject to applicable recordkeeping requirements by calling 954-507-2350.

Website analytics

The site records page paths, referring domains, and pseudonymous visitor identifiers. It does not intentionally store full IP addresses for analytics and respects browser Do Not Track signals.
